This is one of those days that I will never forget. After an exhausting week of working in near 100 degree F heat and meeting short deadlines, two artist friends took me painting at Cannon Beach, OR. To be honest, I wasn't very excited at first. Sure the beach is beautiful, but I was SO exhausted and mentally spent, that anything that didn't involve a relaxing day in bed wasn't of interest. But praise God for friends who know what you need, even when you don't. This day was so wonderful I wish I could do it over and over again. I hope the painting I created on this amazing outing brings you that same feeling of refreshing escape and joy that I felt while creating it.
