This is a portrait of my daughter as she was participating in the Christmas Eve Candle Light Service at church. This was the first time we let her hold the candle all by herself. It was so sweet to watch her quietly mesmerized by the flickering flame, so deep in thought.
This is the first of 2 Candle Light Service paintings.
